Robot drawing activities for kids

Give a mechanical character an imaginary purpose.

Follow the book’s construction task

A robot tracing page begins with lines to follow. Six-stage lessons and grids take different routes to a finished machine. These are cartoon projects, not instructions for constructing a working robot.

Add a purpose on separate paper

After the picture, name a task the robot could do in an invented world. Sketch a tool or a setting that fits the idea. The character activity can lead into a story without implying that the book contains a written adventure.
